Did you know that April 22th is marked as Earth Day around the world? The history of first Earth Day brings us back all the way to 1970! Years later, we celebrate our unique environment, beautiful nature of planet Earth and we talk about protecting it around the globe.

Watch a documentary about sustainability. Lots of options to choose on youtube or netflix, here are few examples: Our Planet, My Octopus Teacher, A Life On Our Planet, This Changes Everything.
Did you know that researchers at the University of Oxford found that cutting meat and dairy products from your diet could reduce an individual's carbon footprint from food by up to 73%? Try to go completely meatless or vegan for just one day to celebrate Earth day!
4.Pick up litter
Grab gloves and some (reused!) bag and collect some flying around garbage during your walk in your neighborhood. I promise you that you gonna fill it up quickly! The key is to dispose it later properly which means recycle or compost if possible.
